Axios, citing two informed sources, reported that the Islamic Republic has requested changing the venue of the talks from Istanbul to Oman and also holding them bilaterally, only with the United States. This comes while earlier it had been planned that representatives from several Arab and Islamic countries would also be present as observers in the talks.
