Nvidia and SK hynix have signed a multi-year agreement to co-develop next-generation memory technologies for Nvidia’s future platforms.
Under the arrangement, SK hynix will supply the memory technologies developed through the partnership to Nvidia. The agreement is aimed at addressing extended development cycles, a growing consideration as advanced computing platforms require closer coordination between chip designers and memory suppliers.
The report did not include additional terms of the agreement, such as financial details, specific memory products or a timeline for when the jointly developed technologies may appear in Nvidia platforms.
