The Calgary Stampede is scheduled for July 3-12, 2026, with daily rodeo, evening shows and festival programming planned at Stampede Park.
The Calgary Stampede is scheduled to return to Stampede Park from July 3 to 12, 2026, setting the calendar for the annual rodeo, exhibition and festival that draws more than one million visitors to Calgary each July.
The 10-day event, long promoted as “The Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth,” is built around rodeo, evening entertainment, agriculture, music, midway attractions and community events. Current event information lists daily rodeo action at 1:30 p.m. and the Evening Show at 7:15 p.m., featuring the Rangeland Derby chuckwagon races and the Grandstand Show.
Other planned features include the parade, agricultural competitions, concerts on the Coca-Cola Stage, the midway and First Nations exhibitions. Tickets for the rodeo, evening show and concerts are available through the Calgary Stampede website, and the Stampede Superpass is listed as offering 10 days of admission for about $52.50.
The festival also has a broad community footprint, supported by thousands of volunteers and a range of value days. Event information says those offerings often include free pancake breakfasts and discounted park entry, extending the Stampede beyond ticketed arena and grandstand events.
The Stampede’s roots trace back to agricultural exhibitions in 1886, with the first major Stampede event held in 1912. For 2026, the next step for visitors is to follow official schedule and ticket updates as more detailed programming and access information are finalized.
